How does a Lucky Giraffle draw work?
It’s easy! Just choose a prize then click on it. Now, you’ll see the full description and a question. If you think you know the correct answer, select it, decide how many tickets you want and press “play”. It’s as simple as that.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Do you store my card information and is it safe?
Lucky Giraffle has no access to your payment details.
What happens if the draw doesn’t take place?

How and when does the draw take place?
Our draws take place 20.00 hours every Friday and include all competitions that have concluded the previous week. Winning numbers are selected using the online Google random number generator and a video of the live draw posted up to Lucky Giraffle, Facebook and other social media platforms. What happens if I win?
You’ll be notified within 7 days of the draw. We aim to get your prize to you within 14 days. When you receive it, we ask you to take a selfie with your prize… – just to show other players what they’re missing!
Can I swap my prize for cash?
Sorry, no. For legal reasons and to comply with gaming law and card merchants we’re not allowed to offer cash.
What if I can’t answer the questions?
Hmmm.. we shouldn’t tell you this but why not ask Mr. Google?
